Crisis Collections Management
Work Hours
We begin each day at 08:30 AM or by approval of E.C.Kaufer.
The standard workweek shall not exceed 40 hours for any individual hourly employee.
The work day is defined as 8.5 hours long which includes a 30-minute non-paid lunch. Longer lunch breaks exceeding 30 minutes are to be approved by E.C. Kaufer and you must sign out.
Any additional hours needed to complete work must also be approved by E.C.Kaufer before hand.
You are expected to clock out anytime you are on personal business, for example personal errands, etc.
