Smoking Policy
Smoking is considered a positive danger to health and a material annoyance, inconvenience, discomfort and health hazard to those who are present in confined spaces.
We will regulate the "Smoking Ordinance" in the work place rather than prohibit this practice. Therefore, NO SMOKING WILL BE PERMITTED ANYWHERE WITHIN ENCLOSED STRUCTURES AND AS OTHERWISE POSTED IN THE OFFICE PREMISES.
The employer reserves the right to discipline employee up to and including termination for any violation of this policy.
