Crisis Collections Management
Sick Days / Wellness Days
Sick/Wellness days begin accruing 120 days after employment begins at 1/2 day per month (6 days per year). Sick days are not accumulated from year to year. Unused sick/wellness days during the year will be reimbursed by the 1st pay period in January of the following year. All unused sick/wellness days will be paid to the employee at the regular rate of pay.
