Crisis Collections Management
Prohibited Employee Practices
The following list of prohibited employee practices is not all-inclusive.
ENGAGING IN LISTED BELOW ACTIVITIES OR LIKE THOSE LISTED BELOW MAY SUBJECT YOU TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION, DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE VIOLATION, IT MAY BE GROUNDS FOR AUTOMATIC DISMISSAL/TERMINATION. THE FOLLOWING LIST IS NOT EXCLUSIVE:
1) The possession, sale or use of knives, explosives, firearms or other dangerous weapons on Crisis Collections Management, LLC property.
2) Fighting, threatening or attempting to cause bodily injury to another.
3) Drinking alcoholic beverages; drunkenness; the possession, sale or use of intoxicants or illegal drugs or narcotics on office property and/or reporting to work under the influence of the above.
4) Falsification of records, including employment application, time cards and/or production work records.
5) Insubordination, including but not limited to, refusal to do assigned work, as assigned.
6) Inability or refusal to work in harmony or cooperation with fellow employees so as to cause friction, conflict or lowering of group morale (including deliberate spreading of rumors which may adversely affect the operation of Crisis Collections Management, LLC).
7) Horseplay and practical joking are prohibited; too often they result in injury or loss.
8) Deliberate and willful destruction of instruments, machines, products, supplies; vandalism of office property.
9) Disorderly or immoral conduct on premises, including wearing apparel or other items that display messages considered indecent or inappropriate.
10) Sleeping while on duty.
11) Leaving your assigned work place without permission and/or the use of working time for non-working purposes.
12) Disclosing and/or releasing confidential information about operations, clients, defendants or other employees without prior authorization by E.C.Kaufer.
13) Gambling of any kind on premises.
14) Arrest and conviction of a felony.
15) Willful discourteousness to employer, clients, defendants, employees or their families, visitors and/or public contact.
16) Failure to meet the attendance and punctuality standards.
17) Failure to call E.C.Kaufer personally AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of shift when absent or tardy from work.
18) Overstaying lunch and/or break periods, INCLUDING failure to clock in and out when leaving.
19) Failure to perform work as required including productivity or quality of work not up to standards.
20) Performing personal work during work hours and/or in Crisis Collections Management, LLC offices.
21) Use of cell phones/office phones for personal calls during business hours except in cases authorized by supervisors or family emergencies.
22) Posting or removal of any matter on bulletin boards or other property.
23) Failure to clean up your work area or after using restroom facilities.
24) Failure to follow safety rules INCLUDING failure to immediately report a work related accident.
25) Bringing children, family or friends to the office during regularly scheduled/assigned work times unless authorized by E.C.Kaufer.
26) Wages are confidential!! Discussing wages with other staff members is grounds for termination.
27) Stealing.
28) Use of foul, inappropriate or offensive language.
