Crisis Collections Management
Outside Employment
When an applicant accepts full-time employment with Crisis Collections Management, LLC, the first responsibility is to our office and to efficiently perform assigned duties.
The office has no objections to an employee holding another job as long as he/she can effectively meet the performance standards for his/her position with us. We ask that the employee think seriously about the effects that such extra work may have on the limits of his/her endurance, his/her family, overall personal health and effectiveness within the office.
We will hold all employees to the same standards of performance and scheduling demands and cannot make exceptions for employees who also hold outside jobs.
The employer reserves the right to discipline employee up to and including termination for any violation of this policy.
