Crisis Collections Management
Overtime Compensation
(Applies to hourly employees only)
If you are an hourly employee, you will be paid for all hours worked, including overtime, which is more than 40 hours per week without a day off that is worked at the direction and pre-approval of management. Prior to working overtime, you must receive approval from E.C.Kaufer.
Hourly overtime is paid at 1 _ times regular hourly rate of pay (time and one-half).
Paid time off (e.g., sick leave, vacation or holiday) is not included in calculating hours worked for the purpose of overtime pay.
