Crisis Collections Management
Introductory (Probationary) Period
All newly hired and/or rehired employees are classified as introductory (probationary) employees during the first four (4) months of employment.
An evaluation of the employee will be made at the end of one hundred twenty (120) days. The supervisor will recommend whether or not the employee should continue to be employed. If termination is recommended, it will occur as soon as possible after the discussion with management. If continued employment is recommended, the employee will be considered a "regular" employee after one hundred twenty (120) days and his/her service date will revert to the hire date.
An employee may be terminated at any time, including within the introductory period.
