Crisis Collections Management
Health and Safety
Crisis Collections Management, LLC is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and healthful working environment. To achieve this goal, we have implemented a comprehensive Injury and Illness Prevention Program. This Program is designed to prevent workplace accidents, injuries and illnesses.
In support of this goal, every employee is required to follow the guidelines established in our Illness and Injury Prevention Program. Your cooperation in detecting and controlling hazards is a condition of your employment.
No employee is required to work at a job, which is unsafe or unhealthful. Each of us has a duty to recognize, report and act on hazardous situations before they can lead to injury and/or illness. Inform E.C.Kaufer immediately of any situation beyond your ability or authority to correct.
Only through working together can we achieve our goal of a safe and healthy environment.
The cooperation of every employee is necessary to make Crisis Collections Management, LLC a safe environment in which to work. The principal responsibility for safety, however, falls upon you, the employee. It is up to you to THINK safety and WORK safely!
In the event of a work related injury and/or illness, YOU MUST REPORT TO E.C.KAUFER OR CYNTHIA KAUFER.
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING TERMINATION.
