Crisis Collections Management
Compensation
All employees will be paid two times per month. Paydays are every other Thursday. These paydays trail the pay period by four (4) days. If the payday falls on a holiday; you will receive your paycheck on the day prior to the holiday.
Deductions: certain deductions are required by law and will be made from your wages. These deductions will include Federal income tax (Fed. Tax) Social Security and Medicare taxes (FICA) and State Disability Insurance (SDI) payments.
Payroll Services offers direct deposit into checking and/or savings accounts (which are preferred). If requested, a set amount (determined by the employee) may be deposited into a savings or retirement account each pay period as well.
401.K Voluntary Payments will be deducted from your payroll check and deposited into your retirement account.
