Our At-Will Employment Relationship
You have voluntarily entered into your employment relationship with us, and accordingly are free to resign at any time, with or without cause or reason, with or without prior notice, including during the Introductory (Probationary) Period. Similarly, we may terminate this relationship at any time, with or without cause or reason, with or without prior notice, including during the Introductory (Probationary) Period. This mutual relationship is called "employment at-will." In accepting or continuing your employment with us, you agree that our relationship is, and always has been, strictly voluntary and at-will on both sides. Nothing in this handbook, or in any other document issued by Crisis Collections Management, LLC will alter this at-will relationship except a written contract for that express purpose, which is signed by both you and E.C.Kaufer.
You should not rely on verbal comments made by anyone at Crisis Collections Management, LLC as a guarantee for specific privileges, working conditions, or future employment. Our at-will relationship may only be changed by written contract for that express purpose. Such a contract is only valid if signed by you and E.C.Kaufer.
