Crisis Collections Management
Attendance / Tardiness
Failure To Report To Work
An employee's regular attendance is vital to the productivity of Crisis Collections Management, LLC. When an employee is not here, someone else must do the job. Therefore, all employees are expected to keep regular attendance, be on time and work as scheduled.
If an employee is unable to report to work, the absence must be reported to either E.C.Kaufer or Cynthia Kaufer, AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR STARTING TIME. All employees are expected to call daily for each additional day absent from work.
An employee who fails to follow these practices or who has a record of excessive absences and/or excessive tardiness is subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. "Excessive" as used here is to be determined at the sole discretion of the employer. ONE (1) SINGLE DAY OF ABSENCE WITHOUT NOTIFYING E.C.KAUFER WILL BE CONSIDERED A VOLUNTARY TERMINATION.
Definitions
Absence: is any time you are scheduled to work but fail to report for any reason other than pre-approved vacation, holiday or office initiated time off.
Tardiness: is any time when you arrive after your normal starting time or return late from breaks or lunch and/or are not dressed and ready to work. You are expected to be completely ready to work.
The employer reserves the right to discipline employee up to and including termination for any violation of this policy.
Vacation: Typically vacation days are accrued at one week after the first year of full time employment, two weeks after two years and three weeks after 10 years. Vacation requests must be approved by E.C.Kaufer.
Crisis Collections Management, LLC urges its employees to use vacation time, and may place reasonable restriction on unused vacation.
Holidays: Crisis Collections Management, LLC recognizes 7 paid holidays per year for all full time employees following the satisfactory completion of their "introductory period".
These holidays are:
1. NEW YEAR’S DAY (JANUARY 1)
2. PRESIDENTS DAY (FEBRUARY)
3. MEMORIAL DAY (MAY)
4. INDEPENDENCE DAY (JULY 4)
5. LABOR DAY (SEPTEMBER)
6. THANKSGIVING DAY (NOVEMBER - LAST THURS.)
7. CHRISTMAS DAY (DECEMBER 25 )
In order to be eligible for holiday pay, employees must be full time, work the regularly scheduled workday prior to the holiday and the regularly scheduled workday following the holiday. Holidays will be paid based on the employee's time card or the employee's attendance records.
Employees who would otherwise be eligible for holiday pay, but were absent either the workday before and/or the workday after the holiday for reason(s) other than vacation or prior excused absence shall not be paid for the holiday.
