This is to acknowledge that I have received a copy of the EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK and understand that it contains important information on Crisis Collections Management, LLC's policies and on my privileges and obligations as an employee of Crisis Collections Management, LLC. I understand that it governs my employment. I understand that a copy will be made available in the office at all times.
I further understand Crisis Collections Management, LLC may change, rescind or add to any policies, benefits or practices described in the handbook from time to time in their sole and absolute discretion with or without prior notice.
This handbook is the property of Crisis Collections Management, LLC. In the event I terminate my employment; I will return the EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK to E.C.Kaufer.
I understand that this employee handbook is not a contract of employment. Any individual may voluntarily leave employment or be terminated by the employer at any time and for any reason with or without notice. Any oral or written statements or promises to the contrary are hereby expressly disavowed and should not be relied upon by any prospective or existing employee.
The contents of this handbook are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the employer.
Crisis Collections Management, LLC has provided me with a copy of the employee handbook. I have had the opportunity to review it and to ask questions. I understand its importance in helping me know the employment policies of Crisis Collections Management, LLC.
