Crisis Collections Management
Introduction and Welcome
If you are a new employee of Crisis Collections Management, LLC (CCM), welcome to our organization. We hope that your employment with us will be a rewarding experience. If you have been working for us prior to receipt of this handbook, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for your efforts on our behalf, and hope that you are enjoying your professional experience with us. You can take pride in being a member of our business, which enjoys a fine reputation throughout the national financial community. What this opportunity means to you and what you make of it are largely up to you, but we want you to know that your welfare and progress are very important to us. This business has been established through teamwork and desire on the part of our loyal staff. To a large degree, it is to the credit of our fine staff that we continue to function as a leader in the collection profession.
The success of our business depends on each employee’s willingness to execute his or her responsibilities, while joining in a combined effort to provide a genuine desire to help your teammates.
Maintaining this fine relationship only can be accomplished by good communication. Only then can the employee and the management work together as a successful team.
No employee handbook can anticipate every circumstance or question. Accordingly, we may need to change the practices and guidelines described in this handbook. We reserve the right to do so at our sole discretion. Revisions may include changing, rescinding, or adding to any procedures, benefits, or practices described in this handbook. Revisions may be made without prior notice to employees. It is your responsibility to keep your personal copy of the handbook up-to-date by immediately inserting revisions when issued.
In addition, this handbook is not an employment contract, either for initial or continued employment, nor does this handbook create any express or implied contractual obligations.
